Home Visits

Available only to regular patients within 3 km of the clinic

Must be medically appropriate

Not available to new patients who will be consulting for the first time

After-Hours Services

For medical assistance outside clinic hours, call 13 26 60

Fees & Billing

Bulk billing available for all patients with a valid Medicare card

No charges for missed or cancelled appointments

Communication with Dr. Saxena

Dr. Saxena will return calls only if a message is left at reception

Patients will be recalled promptly if urgent or abnormal results are identified

Appointments are encouraged for discussing results

Regular Pap smear and immunization reminders

Interpreter services available via phone upon request
